These Terms and Conditions apply to show and table reservations made through HalfFullATX.com. Half Full is operated by 2037 Airport Centre, LLC, located at 2039 Airport Blvd, Austin, Texas 78722.

By completing a reservation and accepting these terms, you agree to the following conditions and any event-specific conditions displayed before booking.

Reservations and Confirmation

Your reservation is confirmed when we issue a booking confirmation and receive any required payment. Please check your event date, arrival time, party size, and reservation type before completing your booking.

If your confirmation is missing or contains incorrect information, contact general@halffullatx.com. All reservation and event times are local Austin, Texas time.

What Your Reservation Includes

The event listing and checkout explain whether your purchase includes admission, a reserved table, individual seats, or a combination.

Reservations include only the number of guests and benefits stated in your booking. Food, drinks, gratuities, and additional admission are separate unless expressly included. Any minimum spend, deposit credit, or reservation time limit will be disclosed before booking.

Additional guests are subject to availability, venue capacity, and any disclosed charges.

Prices and Payments

All prices are in U.S. dollars. The total price, applicable taxes, mandatory fees, required deposit, and any remaining balance will be disclosed before payment.

You authorize the payment selected at checkout. Any later charge, including a cancellation or no-show charge, requires advance disclosure and your authorization. We may cancel reservations for failed payment or suspected fraud, subject to applicable law.

Arrival and Seating

Please check in with staff using your booking name and confirmation. Contact us if you expect to arrive late. Late arrival does not extend your reservation.

A specific table or view is guaranteed only when expressly included in your booking. If we cannot provide your reserved accommodation or a materially equivalent alternative, you may decline the alternative and request a refund of the affected reservation payment.

Guest Cancellations and Changes

To request a cancellation, refund, or booking change, use the link in your confirmation, if available, or email general@halffullatx.com with your booking details.

Guest-requested refunds are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed, except where required by law. Changes to dates, names, or party size depend on availability and any price difference disclosed before you agree.

Any event-specific cancellation conditions will be displayed before booking.

Canceled or Rescheduled Shows

If Half Full cancels a show, we will refund amounts paid to us for the affected reservation, including mandatory fees we collected, to the original payment method.

If we reschedule a show, you may transfer your reservation to the new date or request a refund within three days after our notice. We will send the available options and deadline using your booking contact information.

Minor lineup or timing changes may occur. For a material change to the advertised show, contact us to discuss the available remedy.

Approved refunds will be initiated within seven business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Admission and Guest Conduct

Age requirements are displayed on each event listing. Guests must meet those requirements and present valid government-issued identification when requested. Alcohol is available only to guests age 21 or older who provide acceptable identification. A reservation does not override lawful alcohol-service restrictions.

Guests must follow reasonable staff instructions and venue rules. We may refuse entry or remove guests for threats, harassment, violence, unsafe behavior, intoxication, or other lawful reasons. Related refund requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed, except where required by law.

Do not submit fraudulent reservations or interfere with the website or booking system. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Texas law governs these terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Updates apply to future bookings. The version accepted when you book governs your reservation. Event-specific conditions disclosed before booking control where they conflict with these general terms.
